***Reminder that the workout is now at 6:30pm.

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute… continuing as long as you are able.

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

    300 squats
    2km row (1km each)


    This was my first time doing a team WOD, it was fun and hard. Like Jeanette said – ‘you’re recovery is only as long as your partner’s effort’ so you might have to start again before you are ready. i think we made a good team! i’ve only done murph one other time last feb in 50 min flat.

    Last time I did it in October, I used 95# and I did 6 rounds + 6.
    So it is a great improvement for me. Using the rx’d weight is a great achievement for me. 😀

    Im looking forward to doing this one as Rx’ed next time (elbow permitting)…

  6. Hahaha! You’re funny Pierre. You changed your appointment so you can come work out? At least you have your priorities straight. I love it!

    But I was really looking forward to having a higher total than you 😉

    Since my resolution of the year is to train 6 days a week…I can’t (Kevin, “can’t” is allowed in that case ) miss 1 workout,

    I will even have to train this sunday in my basement! 😀
