Complete as many rounds as possible 20 minutes of: 65 pound Thruster, 5 reps 65 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps 65 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps
8 Rounds + 5 Thrusters, 2 Hang Powercleans
Grip, as always, was a major issue.

CFWU x3 (first time getting sets of 10s for ring knees to elbows and pull ups)
Michael 3 rounds for time:
800m run 50 good mornings (15# bar) 50 sit ups (unanchored, butterfly feet)
