    300 Walking Lunges
    150 Sit-Ups (unanchored, butterfly feet)
    75 Box Jumps, 19″


    I got pulled over for speeding on my way the gym this morning. I was running late and I knew my girls were waiting for me. Luckily, I was able to smile my way out of a ticket and I made it to the gym in time for a 8am workout… And what a workout!!! Walking lunges really started sucking around rep 75.

    Now… bring on the food!!! Wishing everyone a happy EVERYTHING!!! Have lots of fun over the next few days.

    Didn’t get to the gym today, so opted for Bottom to Bottom Tabata squats. OWW!

    i tell ya, box jumps are hard after all those lunges!
    and i can attest to jeanette ‘pulled over’ story – i saw her getting out of the ticket as i went by.
