    Awww! That picture makes me smile.

    Favorite WOD – I mentioned it yesterday…
    20 Rounds of:
    5 Burpees
    5 Sit-Ups
    5 Box Jumps
    5 Pull-Ups
    5 Wall Ball Shots

    We did it in the park on September 23rd. It took me FOREVER (37:14), but I remember loving it.

    Worst WOD – Kelly and 5k run.

    5 rounds for time of:
    25 inverted burpees
    25 pull-ups
    25 burpees

    Worst WOD is:
    21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of:
    Dumbbell Deadlifts
    Medicine Ball Cleans

    I don’t really enjoy doing the cleans!

    Today, I am doing either Cindy (I like this one too) or Mary….never done this one before, but it seems fun!

    Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
    5 Handstand Push-ups (red & yellow bands)
    10 One legged squats, alternating
    15 Pull-ups (sub Elevated Body Rows)

    5 Rows short of 8 rounds. I liked this one more than Cindy.

    Pierre, I think you would have done better if you did this one with us 🙂

    AMRAP in 20min of:
    5 Handstand Push-ups (green and yellow bands)
    10 One legged squats, alternating (used pole for help with depth)
    15 Pull-ups

    Only 10 rounds.

    Awesome job guys!!

    I did my handstand on the box (since I can’t do them without the bands).

    It is a nice way to start to do handstand…I will show you that when I get home Kevin. (If you don’t know what I am talking about.)
    But since you have some bands…you don’t really need to know that.

    Jeanette – For sure I would have done better….it is not the same here than with you guys!

    Yeah it felt great on the hands, haven’t been able to do pull ups since the summer. It feels great but I’m sure it’ll be even better tomorrow *cringe*

    Manage to do 7 reps and 4 pistols, a lot more than I thought

    Thanks again for the invite and I’ll be seein ya again before I leave for NFLD. Next time I wanna try those elevated body rows hahah. Gotta love Crossfit.

    amrap in 20 min of
    5 HSPU
    10 Pistols
    15 Pullups

    Scored 8 rounds! Gained some weight from before so pullups are tough
    Ripped my hands open again 😉 haha

    New Gym looks great, everyone one must be improving significantly with all the right equipment.

    Gave a shot at 155 press after the workout. I was juiced and got it with a bit of a knee bend! Next time !

    I hope to drop in soon again 🙂
