    On the third round of K-2-Es, my raging headache came back so I opted out of the wod for fear of a relapse of yesterday (I need to be fully recovered so I can get my groove on tomorrow night).

    Decided to give Front Squats a go.

    Front Squat 7-7-7

    125 felt awful even though Kevin said they looked okay. 115 still felt very heavy.
