    Finally! Sub 5! I remember back when I couldn’t do this as Rx’d.


    All pullups unbroken. Gotta work on getting those thrusters down.

    Alright guys…I was back in the gym tonight!

    I wasn’t ready (physically and with proper clothing) for a WOD…but they convinced me to do one!

    FGB – 3 rounds of (no rest):
    1 min pullups – 20-14-14 = 48
    1 min pushups – 29-23-16 = 68
    1 min situps – 26-21-22 = 69

    Total: 185

    I will be sore tomorrow. I can’t wait to put some weights on my shoulders and do some thrusters!! I wish I could have done “Fran”. 😀

    HUGE pr Julie! Awesome!

    Pierre showed that there are NO excuses that could prevent you from doing CrossFit. Even with crutches, he still pulled off a great workout!
