December 1 workout

Shoulder Press 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

Tabata Something Else

Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.

Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

    I love CF….I have seen so much improvement, especially since I’ve been doing CF 5x week.

    The ankle is doing good.

    I can put some weight on it today but still can’t get it to flex to much…but my toes are now flexing really good! 🙂

    There is almost no more pain…. only when I move it a certain way.

    Boy do I ever feel like an ass. I was doing my presses and the left side felt off. I thought I did something to my shoulder and Jeanette thought it was my back. Joel looks at it…I have 5# less on one side!!

    First 4 lifts were 100# (uneven), then 105,105,105(fail)

    Pullups – 11,10,10,9,9,9,9,9 = 76
    Pushups – 12,10,10,8,7,7,7,6 = 67
    Situps – 12,12,12,12,12,12,11,12 = 95
    Squats – all 20’s = 160

    Total – 398! Beat my record by 16 reps!

    Great job by everyone tonight!

    Oh ya, and no more situps for me. My tailbone started to bleed tonight.

    Push-ups – 12,10,8,8,6,7,5,7=63 (down by 26 – that really sucks)
    Sit-ups – 14,13,11,12,11,11,11,13=96
    Squats – 14,14,14,14,14,14,13,14=111

    Total: 346 (down by 31)
    I know what I need to practice more of.
    Not good.

    Finally hit 95lbs… it only took me 6 months!!!

    Ya Kevin, I guess we have to pay attention to those weights, huh? It was funny though.
