    I have a bad sprain on the left ankle. I will have to use crutches for the next few days since I can`t put any weight on it.

    I was afraid it was broken and that I wouldn`t have been able to go at Crossfit for 6 weeks. The doctor told me it would normally heal in 1-3 weeks. So I hopefully my body will aim for a quick recovery. ๐Ÿ˜€
    The doctor put me on ”light duty” for 1 week…so maybe it will help to heal it.

    It is a bit better today, I can curl my toes and rotate a bit my ankle but my foot is starting to turn blue.

    As treatment, I should do some physio so my ankle doesn’t come out weak of it.

    And for those who wonder if I will try again one day…..YES, I want to beat my PR on max box jumps. ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. Okay, so by now we all know how important it is to get that diet prescription just right in order to maximize performance, but please let’s now forget about the NUTRITIONAL value of our food. It’s equally, if not more important to be aware of WHAT you’re eating and WHERE it’s coming from.

  3. ohh.. sorry to hear that Pierre. But good news that it should heal quickly. Great effort though and like Jeannette said, the first jump was a breeze. You’ll get that PR. 8)
