“Mr. Joshua Gone Bad”
5 rounds of:
1 minute Burpees
1 minute Situps
1 minute Deadlifts

  1. Oh, I would probably scream like a boy if I was sitting in the car with him. Scaaarrryyy!!! I think it would be cooler to learn how to drive like that. Then you’re in control 🙂

    Alright….finally, it wasn’t a rest day for me! 😀

    I decided to give a try at that WOD!

    “Mr. Joshua Gone Bad”
    5 rounds of:
    1 minute Burpees –> 18,19,17,17,16 = 87
    1 minute Situps –> 28, 27,28,25,25 = 133
    1 minute Deadlifts (250#) –> 5,5,5,3,4 = 22

    Total: 242

    The deadlift were by far the worse thing for me….and I never had done a 250# deadlift before! My max wa 225# 😀

    Gave the Mr. Joshua Gone Bad a go. It was messy, but good!

    Burpees – 18,17,16,16,15 = 82
    Situps – 28,32,32,28,28 = 148
    250# Deadlifts – 8,7,6,6,7 = 34

    Total – 264

    Everyone did awesome tonight!!

    1 minute Deadlifts, 185 pounds – 10, 8, 8, 8, 7 = 41
    1 minute rest

    Total = 249

    Way to rock the burpees and situps, Kevin. And you said you couldn’t do it!!!

    and she was surprised when i said i’d run outside – it was LOVELY out yesterday, i even did my last two runs without my sweater! felt good – need rest today!!
