  1. Okay, for the rest of the month I’m adding either a 1mile run or 2k row to my warm-up (as long as neither are part of the daily prescription).

    I had to announce it so I can be held accountable.

  2. Every day I train, yes (4 times/week). But if, for example, Michael is the wod, then I’m not gonna do it. As long as it’s not in the wod, I’ll do it.

    And I’ll alternate between running and rowing, providing the weather cooperates of course. So, Sunday I did a rowing workout… I’ll run tonight.

    Any other suggestions, Kevin?

    Well………I ran from home to CrossFit whereas the w/o was “Push Jerk”. I thought I would get some cardio in. Did I ever get a surprise……..Men…or should I say just one Man….

    On my run home both of my calves started cramping for about the first 2 minute, then things got better. Lets just say I’m glad I’m home.

    400m run
    35lb swings
    red band pull ups

    13:15 (PR by 1:53)

    then tried push jerks – not smart after helen
    got up to 3×50 but then decided to try again when fresh

    double under practice – got 7 or 8, but not consecutive – still a PR though 😉

    JULIE – what are you doing with a 25lb swing if you’re jerking 95!! take the leap 😉

    This was the first time I did the push jerk, so now I have no choice but to take that leap (and it’s in writing too). 35lbs here I am.
