    Oufff…this one was hard for me! Eating some peanut butter didn’t help at all…almost throw up on the pushups at 12 reps. Lesson learned!!!! And I felt that I didn’t have much energy.

    Dumbbell Deadlifts, 30 pounds
    Push-ups
    Medicine Ball Cleans, 14 pounds

    Yup, I agree with Pierre. The round of 12reps was the hardest.

    Joel blazed through those push-ups. All hail the push-up King.
