UPDATE!

The gym will be open tonight from 7-8pm.

Because of parent-teacher interviews tomorrow night, and other factors, I am unable to offer a class tomorrow (Thursday).

Sorry for the inconvenience. Hope to see some of you tonight for the Press Workout.

Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps

    CFWU x3 (- O/H Squats & K2E)
    + sit-ups.

    Love the bands Kevin. They totally rocked.
    I tried some handstand push-ups with the bands……felt awesome. I need to work on keeping my arms closer.

    Due to my knee I only did the shoulder press:
    35lbs x5
    45lbs x5
    55lbs x5
    65lbs x5
    70lbs x3
    75lbs x1 – PR
    On October 4 my max shoulder press was 65lbs. I am so pleased with my results in just 3 1/2 weeks…….I can’t wait to set another PR.

    I am so stoked about my results tonight! And Pierre, MC and Julie did amazing!!

    SP – 45,65,85,95,105 (tied PR)
    PP – 105,115,125,135,145 (PR by 5!)
    PJ – 135,135,145,155,165×4 (failed on the 5th, but a 20# PR!)

    Got some rubber bands from Agatsu and worked on handstand pushups after the WOD.

    i did a shoulder press WOD with jeanette a week or so ago that looked a bit like this:

    3×15
    3×25
    3×35
    3×45
    3×55
    failed at 65
    1×60

    my PR (and last time i did shoulder press) was in April at 3×65 so i was still pleased with my results. i remember not having good form for those then – big back sway to get the bar up. this time was tight and controlled.

    miss you guys! i check the site pretty much everyday though to follow up.

    No PRs but everything felt pretty good.
