YAY! The Filthy 50’s!!

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

    I’m on my way to F’ton, but not for a w/o………Rugby game. It seems everytime I have “something that I can’t get out of” the wod is the Filthy 50’s. This makes the 3rd time I have had to miss this w/o………
    This w/o scares me so much but I so want to do it.

    Push press, Wall ball and burpees were slower. Everything else was faster.

    Total time – 26:50 PR!

    Kevin told me that there is a crosscountry run at UdeM next saturday. He was thinking about doing it…so I said I might be up for it!
