Again guys, it was a great WOD tonight!!
Loved it…..I wanted to kick Kevin`s ass! But I couldn`t keep up with his light`s speed squats!! 😀
Anyways, I am happy with my results!
19 rounds + 5 Pullups
And I am glad I didn`t use the pullup bars….heh Kevin!? 😀

And Kevin, do you have more information about the run you talked about Sat. Sept. 25th?
Maybe we can gather more people from Crossfit to go!

Ok…this is my last post on this page!
The WOD for tomorrow will be brutal:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Double unders
I don`t really want to do it now. 😀
