We rowed after the WOD and I got a PR of 1:31.0 for my 500m. YAY! Everyone did awesome tonight! Keep workin on those pullups Julie! MC, I know you have one in you!

Good WOD tonight guys!
I really didn`t feel good after the rowring…headache, oesophagus burns, cramp in my right leg! Anyways, now I am feeling good! 😀
