    ohh yeah ….you all have a great workout as i am redoing my upstairs bathroom …..carry down an old cast steal tub and carry up an old clawfoot tub is my crossfit this weekend :o)

    go easy on the turkey also folks …but enjoy all the pumpkin pie you want ……Pierre punpkin pie cures the common cold also :o)

    Great workout everyone…it was fun as usual!
    As I am in St-john’s tuesday and wednesday, I won’t see you guys…but I will try to drop by Crossfit St-john’s and take some pictures if I can reach them! 🙂

  4. That was a sad story. I wasn’t prepared for that.

    I was at the CF cert today. This was our workout…

    “Running Fran” – Team WOD (6 ppl in our group)

    400m Run
    360 Thrusters, 45 pounds
    400m Run
    240 Pull-Ups
    400m Run

    The teams were either all girls or all boys. We couldn’t start the thrusters or pull-ups until everyone was back from the run. Only one person could be doing the thrusters at a time and we weren’t allowed to put the bar down. Similarly, only one person could be on the pull-up bar at a time.

    I don’t know what our time was but I think we were the second team back, and definitely the first girl team 🙂
