As many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
5 DB swings
10 wall ball shots
15 double unders

I will be there tonight no matter if my throat is sore or not!
At least it’s not one of those 5 rounds WOD…like we did for the last couple days. 🙂

I tried for a max box jump tonight. Made it to 45.75″
We ran out of plates for Pierre. Grrrrr.

Good WOD tonight guys!
I really need to work on my double unders outside the Crossfit…I could have done a couple more rounds if I would have been able to do them!
5 DB swings (30#)
10 wallball (23#)
14 rounds + 5 DB swings
Like Kevin said, we did some max box jumps after the workout! It was my first time and I liked it! 🙂 Kevin needs to buy more plates for me…we used them all! 😀
Made it to 48.75”
Devon analyzed a bit my technique and Kev`s ones and it seems that we are not jumping the same way!
