October 7 workout

I know this was posted on Sunday, but it was such a great workout that everyone will get to try it.

Five rounds for time of:
Deadlift, 15 reps
Hang power clean, 12 reps
Front Squat, 9 reps
Push Jerk, 6 reps

Utilizing the resources of CrossFitMom and the guidance of her own physician, CrossFit Watertown trainer Melissa Reed was able to CrossFit safely throughout her entire pregnancy. She completed her last WOD just 12 hours before delivering a beautiful baby boy.

    12 Hang Power Cleans, 65 pounds
    9 Front Squats, 65 pounds
    6 Push Jerks, 65 pounds


    I probably should have gone heavier. Now I know for next time. I really liked this one.

    Good job Jeanette on your time…it is really good!!

    As for me, I think I should have gone a bit liter…the form of my hand power cleans were really not as what they should me. At first, I was dipping to much….and after I wasn`t shrugging enough.

    Still, it was a fun one…my t-shirt was all wet after. 🙂

  6. Went for the weighted pullups today.

    Warmed up with 10 pullups with no weight.

    25, 40, 50, 55, 65, 75, 85 (fail)

    I got a good w/o but I should have started with 45lbs. Next time.
