With today being the final workout in the park (sniff sniff), I thought it would be appropriate to do the first workout in the park. I seem to remember people complaining about how their legs burned.

 

Run 200m forward

50 Medicine ball cleans

40 Wall balls

30 Dumbbell swings

20 Box Jumps

10 Dips

Run 400m backward

 

See you there!!

    Great effort everybody on the WOD!
    The 23# med ball was a bit heavy for the wallball. 😀

    i did this to the same weights as the first outdoor workout to be able to measure progress more accurately. July 5,08 this same WOD took me 14:07 – PR of 2:31
