  4. You are not doing the same this as all the other CF affiliates?

    This Saturday something very rare will happen – you will do a workout that is not a surprise. On September 27th, CrossFit gyms around the world will do Fight Gone Bad. FGB is three 5 minute rounds with one minute rest between each round. Each round consists of 1 minute of the following:

    Wall Ball Shots (20 / 14 lbs)
    Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (75 / 55 lbs)
    Box Jumps (20 inches)
    Push Press (75 / 55 lbs) and

    The number of reps for each are counted – for rowing the calories are measured

  5. CFWU x 1
    i ran over to CF, so a bit of warmup

    4 rounds as listed above.
    i used a 13lb ball, bench dips and negative jumping pullups


    the med ball cleans were the killer for me.
    and pierre you did push me well on that first run!! great job on the ring dips!! (the only way i prob stayed ahead of you last night)

  6. Well, I hadn’t planned on it, seeing as how we just did it. The other affiliates are doing it as part of a fundraiser. I will certainly be getting involved with it next year once things are up and running.
