This morning is going to be a cold one, so dress warm.

3 rounds of:

30 Box Jumps
30 Pushups
30 Double Unders
30 Pullups
30 Lunges

    30 box jumps
    30 push-ups
    90 skips
    30 pull-ups
    30 walking lunges
    TIME: 19:32

    Good w/o….was harder than it seemed…my arms are really tired.

    PR by 2:12 – Compare to April 29 (27:27)

    50 Box jump, 24 inch box (2:03)
    50 Jumping pull-ups (1:51)
    50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (1:58)
    Walking Lunge, 50 steps (1:26)
    50 Knees to elbows (4:27)
    50 Push press, 45 pounds (1:42)
    50 Good mornings, 45 pounds (2:42)
    50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (3:21)
    50 Burpees (5:55)
    50 Double unders (1:43)

    Total: 27:11 (close to 2min PR!)

  5. Filthy fifty: time 31:32, over 2 min PR.
    and last time i did regular pushups instead of burpees

  7. Tonight, I did the WOD that you guys did last saturday!

    It went well, on my 3rd round, there is a kid that wouldn`t stop asking me questions about what I am doing. He told me to change my grip on my pullups and that would be better for me upper body! hehehe He was funny. He also asked me if I ever did some burpees! 🙂

    Anyway, here is my time:


    3 round of:
    30 boxjumps (23” high)
    90 singleunders (with a shitty jumping rope that I threw away as soon as I got home…it was too short for me so I was always stopping)
    30 pushups
    30 pullups
    30 lunges

    Time: 20:12
