Some members from CrossFit Moncton are heading to CrossFit PEI for the day, so we’ll officially be closed.

However, there will be some members meeting at the park this morning for a group workout anyway…unofficially.

A suggested workout is “Cindy”.

Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:

5 pullups
10 pushups
15 squats

    Just got back from the park. I didn’t look at the site before, so I did a deck of cards

  3. I ate like a pig yesterday so I decided to run for my breakfast this morning…

    Run 3km(includes two hill sprints)

    15:31 (PR by 37secs… WHHAAA???)

    I’m not exactly sure how this is possible seeing how I was running on an empty stomach and I took two 30sec walking recovery breaks, but boo-ya… in yo’ face, run! CrossFit works! Or, wait… maybe it was because I was hungry and I just wanted to home to eat.

    I won’t make it to the park this morning for a wod.

    I did ”Cindy” tonight with the mostquitos.
    By the way, don`t do outside to do your WOD around 20h00, all the mosquitos are out for their dinner. I probably got bite 20 times.

    It is a good workout…my hands are still hurting from ”Angie” so I wore my training gloves for this one.

    I am now getting really good with the kipping we learned last thrusday.
