Big numbers tonight! Eleven came out and enjoyed one of our only cool evenings of the summer. Awesome times by everyone (all under 15 min!!). Can’t wait to see you all again on Thursday!


Three rounds for time:
Run 400 meters
21 Dumbbell swings
12 Pull-ups

    100 DAY BURPEE CHALLENGE goes like this:

    Day 1: do 1 burpee
    Day 2: 2 burpees
    Day 3: 3 burpees
    … … : … ….
    Day 69: do 69 burpees

    untill you reach Day 100 :p
