July 26 Workout

Having fun with some medicine ball games today!! Then, the WOD of the day is:


Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

Seen some pretty awesome results today!
And a reminder goes out that sessions on Tuesday and Thursday start at 6pm and Saturday starts at 11am. See everyone on Tuesday!!

    Destroyed my previous time! Last time I was using a dowel for good mornings and anchored situps with a time of 20:42.

    This time, 45# good mornings and UNanchored situps for a PR of 19:01!!

    50 Sit-ups (unanchored)

    19:53 (Another PR this week… by 4:43)

    Compare to 23MAY: On a treadmill (1 degree incline), and regular back extensions à la YMCA. Time was 25:36

    last time i did this was april 26 – with a time of 22:54! sweet!

    AWESOME work jeanette!! you hate running, that’s a great time!

    2.5 Rounds of CFWU (coach cut it short, was taking to long with my hands ahaha)

    Med ball throws 400 m total of FUN!

    First time doing this workout, happy with my 20:05 time for Michael.

    I forgot to mention…I finally met Pukie today! It only took 2 years! My breakfast smoothy didn’t taste so good on the way up…
