    Total: 28:59 (PR!)

  2. Warm-Up: 1.5km Run (7:43)

    For time:

    Not thrilled with the time but it was still an awesome workout.

    This was my first filthy 50’s

    For time:

    50 Back ext machine
    50 Wall ball shots, 10 lbs ball ( that’s all I had )
