50 Box jump, 24 inch box (2:02) 50 Jumping pull-ups (2:01) 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood (1:52) Walking Lunge, 50 steps (1:18) 50 Knees to elbows (5:37) 50 Push press, 45 pounds (2:16) 50 Good mornings, 45 pounds (2:37) 50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball (3:22) 50 Burpees (5:33) 50 Double unders (2:21)
Total: 28:59 (PR!)

For time: 50 Box jumps, 24 inch box 50 Jumping pull-ups 50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood 50 Walking lunges 50 knees to elbows 50 Push press, 50 lbs 50 Back ext machine 50 Wall ball shots, 10 lbs ball ( that’s all I had ) 50 Purpees 150 singles

Thanks Denis! You’re time is awesome for it being your first time. I didn’t even finish it on my first try. What did you find the hardest??
