July 12 Workout

Today’s workout – “Moncton Hold’em”.

  • Hearts = Burpees
  • Diamonds = Situps
  • Clubs = Pullups
  • Spades = Squats
  • Jokers = Sprint around the field

Start by drawing the top card and do that many reps of the suit. Example, if you draw the 9 of Hearts, you’re doing 9 burpees. Face cards are all worth 10! The goal is to get through the whole deck as fast as you can.

All those pullups will do amazing things to your hands 🙂

  1. Sorry I couldnt make it today 🙁 I had personal troubles. I will be there tuesday, I have some questions regarding training. I would like to get some schedules set for c-fit and running. I also have some questions about dieting, I want to get on a diet to shed that last layer of fat and help build my muscle at the same time, any ideas? (Open questions lol)

    Is there another class today by any chance?
