Today’s workout – “Moncton Hold’em”.
Start by drawing the top card and do that many reps of the suit. Example, if you draw the 9 of Hearts, you’re doing 9 burpees. Face cards are all worth 10! The goal is to get through the whole deck as fast as you can.
All those pullups will do amazing things to your hands 🙂

Sorry I couldnt make it today 🙁 I had personal troubles. I will be there tuesday, I have some questions regarding training. I would like to get some schedules set for c-fit and running. I also have some questions about dieting, I want to get on a diet to shed that last layer of fat and help build my muscle at the same time, any ideas? (Open questions lol)
Is there another class today by any chance?

There are no other classes today, but we will talk about all of your concerns. Stick around after the workout on Tuesday. Hope everything is ok too.

My time for the Moncton Hold’em…26:35 (burpees were the worst)
