What a HOT evening! We had 8 brave souls come out tonight and battle a great workout in the blistering heat. Luckily, we found some shade to take cover.
We worked on proper squat form for some time. Everybody’s squatting improved tremendously in the short amount of time we practiced. I was very impressed!
The workout: Tabata squats, situps and pushups. (Tabata is 20 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest…for 8 rounds. The round with the lowest amount of reps is your final score for each exercise.) Again, very impressed with everyone’s effort!
