Favourite WODs: After almost a year doing CrossFit and I still find it hard to pick out my favourite WODs. Somedays I like the quick to moderate length with a combination of weights and gymnastic moves. Other days I like the long chippers that seem to go on forever, when you’re done you feel like you’ve really accomplished something that most other people wouldn’t even attempt – that’s a pretty great feeling.
Goats: Box jumps, Rowing, Snatch, Push Jerk
Favourite Lift: The clean…when it goes well and oddly enough overhead squats.

Favourite WODs :One of my favourite movements is Handstand Pushups so I enjoy WODs with them in it. I like “Diane” – (21-15-9 of Deadlift 225#, HSPU) but recently found a new love for “Nate” – (2-4-8 of muslce-ups, HSPU, KBS 70#). Overall I prefer WODs that include gymnastics movements.
Goats : Thrusters!  …Still need to get better at these. Endurance…It’s improving but seems to take forever. You can’t kick a goat if you don’t chase it!
Favourite lift: As boring as it may seem I like the strict Shoulder Press. I guess being weak with this when I first started I like to see the improvements.
How did you get into CrossFit? Having known Pierre for a few years now I had heard a lot about Crossfit Moncton since 2008 when it was held at the school.  It took Pierre about a year to finally get me to show up to the gym.  Tim also encouraged me to go and I’m so happy that I gave in to their constant urging.
