Getting Started? Choose one of two options:
1) Private Fundamentals
Consists of THREE private sessions scheduled at your convenience. Can be completed almost any time of day, as long as a trainer is available.
Various lifts and exercises are taught in a one-on-one setting. Allows you to become familiar with the exercises before joining the group classes.
$100/person if done with a friend/family member
2) Prep Course
Open to men and women of any fitness level/ability. We offer a 4 week program with scheduled classes twice per week. You will be in a small group setting with an experienced CrossFit trainer to coach you through. During the 4 weeks you will learn the foundational movements used in CrossFit, participate in weight training and be exposed to a lot of fun and challenging workouts! This is a great opportunity to be introduced to CrossFit as it is designed to progressively get you into it, starting with the basics and building with each session.
Each session is comprised of a warm-up, skill/strength work, workout of the day (WOD) and stretching.
$135 for 4 weeks (8 classes)
CrossFit Monthly Memberships
We offer a variety of group classes throughout the day. Our workouts are varied, functional and intense, giving you dramatic results. At CrossFit Moncton, we practice the deadlift, clean, squat, press, clean and jerk, and the snatch. We also work on pullups, dips, pushups, situps and handstands. Included in the mix is running and rowing, amongst many other exercises.
You will have a CrossFit Trainer teaching and correcting you on your form, as well as pushing you to limits you never thought possible. When you workout with a group, you will be motivated to stretch your comfort zone.

Open Gym Drop-in – $10/class
We are a registered CrossFit Kids Affiliate that runs classes for 6-13 year olds. Kids will learn a variety of physical skills, including running, jumping, throwing, gymnastics and weight lifting. Kids will develop emotionally, with a better self-image and higher confidence. Our classes consist of a group warm-up, skill work, a workout and always finishes with a game.
$60 for an 8-punch card
CrossFit Kids Lifting Class
Youth in this program focus on barbell movements where technique is the main priority. Once they show proper form, they are rewarded with gradual increases in weight as they develop as an athlete. This is designed for youth with an ability to focus on specific tasks (generally age 9+).
$45 for the 2 session Kids Prep Course (MUST be completed first)
$50 for a 4 week program
This program is for anyone who wants to maintain or re-gain their mobility and daily function in life. Picking up grandchildren and loading groceries in your car will no longer be an issue after becoming a member at the CrossFit Moncton Masters class. Class are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am.
$80 for a 10-punch card
For current or non-members, if you’re looking for some extra coaching for certain lifts, skills, or just want 1:1 focus against your specific goals, this could be a great option for you. Includes video analysis services. All options can be purchased HERE.
