This is a quick 15 minute chat that takes place at the gym, and will give you a chance to meet our head trainer and talk about whether or not CrossFit is a good fit for you.

Step 2) Private Fundamentals *mandatory*
Consists of THREE private sessions scheduled at your convenience. Can be completed almost any time of day, as long as a trainer is available.
Various lifts and exercises are taught in a one-on-one setting. Allows you to become familiar with the exercises before joining the group classes.
$135 for 3 sessions
$100/person if done with a friend/family member
CrossFit Monthly Memberships
We offer a variety of group classes throughout the day. Our workouts are varied, functional and intense, giving you dramatic results. At CrossFit Moncton, we practice the deadlift, clean, squat, press, clean and jerk, and the snatch. We also work on pullups, dips, pushups, situps and handstands. Included in the mix is running and rowing, amongst many other exercises.
You will have a CrossFit Trainer teaching and correcting you on your form, as well as pushing you to limits you never thought possible. When you workout with a group, you will be motivated to stretch your comfort zone.
Gold – Unlimited – $108.70 + tax
Silver – 12x/month – $100 + tax
Bronze – 8x/month – $91.30 + tax

For current members to come in and work on their strengths, weaknesses, mobility, etc.
Open Gym Add-on – $20/month
Open Gym Drop-in – $10/class
This program is for anyone who wants to maintain or re-gain their mobility and daily function in life. Picking up grandchildren and loading groceries in your car will no longer be an issue after becoming a member at the CrossFit Moncton Masters class. Class are every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30am.
