1. Register to try a FREE drop-in session on Saturday morning at 9am. This will give you a sample of what CrossFit is all about.
2. If you liked it, you can register for one of the following courses – Prep Course or Fundamentals. For the Fundamentals, there are 18 exercises/moves that we teach you, and we allow ample time for practice. The course generally lasts 3 classes and allows us to assess your fitness level and ease you into the group workouts. Also included in the course is a session on nutrition and goal setting. (Upon completion of the Fundamentals, you have two weeks to join as a member, otherwise, additional private sessions will be required)
3. Once you’ve completed the Prep Course or the Fundamentals, you can choose to continue with private sessions or you are able to join the group workouts. You will be sent a password that enables you to register for group classes on-line.
