1. Come try a FREE drop-in session on Saturday morning at 9am. This will give you a sample of what CrossFit is all about.
2. If you liked it, you can register for one of the following courses – Prep Course or Fundamentals. For the Fundamentals, there are 18 exercises/moves that we teach you, and we allow ample time for practice. The course generally lasts 3 classes and allows us to assess your fitness level and ease you into the group workouts. Also included in the course is a session on nutrition and goal setting. (Upon completion of the Fundamentals, you have two weeks to join as a member, otherwise, additional private sessions will be required)
3. Once you’ve completed the Prep Course or the Fundamentals, you are able to join the group workouts. You will be sent a password that enables you to register for classes on-line.
