Here’s what you get:

-Initial meeting to review Triage Questionnaire
-Body measurements including InBody scan
-Goals assessment
-Choose from an 8, 12, or 16 week program
-Weekly macronutrient adjustments (as needed)
-One 30min check-in per month (in-person or video)
-Emailed support

8 weeks – $200
12 weeks – $270
16 weeks – $320
