    1 min Handstand Hold (against wall)
    5 Strict Ring Dips (negatives from rings)
    10 Pushups (negatives from toes)

    @ 15 min cap: 4 rounds + 6 pushups

    Compare to FEB.10/19: 12:09 (box for pushups & dips)
