Make these as tough as possible. You should struggle to get the last 1-2 reps in on each set. If you’re not making contact with your chest, move back until you can.
2 rounds for time of:
80 Double-unders (2x singles)
60 Push-ups, hand-release
20 Knees-to-elbows, strict
Doubles – stay relaxed, hands down to your side.
Keep your pushups strict. No snaking. Drop to knees when needed.
Stationary lunges, keep that front shin vertical.
K2E – no kipping! Scale by brining your knees as high as possible.
