Ring Rows x10
3 sets

Make these as tough as possible. You should struggle to get the last 1-2 reps in on each set. If you’re not making contact with your chest, move back until you can.

2 rounds for time of:
80 Double-unders (2x singles)
60 Push-ups, hand-release
40 Lunges
20 Knees-to-elbows, strict

Doubles – stay relaxed, hands down to your side.
Keep your pushups strict. No snaking. Drop to knees when needed.
Stationary lunges, keep that front shin vertical.
K2E – no kipping! Scale by brining your knees as high as possible.

    2nd set on 20″ box – lowered rings about 6″
    3rd set on 20″ box – lowered them another 6″ – shoulder nearly touching ground

    Doubles – first set I did 62 unbroken (PR)
    Push ups = sets of 5s and 4s for the first set moslty… second set was pretty much all sets of 2
    Lunges = were fine
    Knees to elbows = these felt good. All singles

    Set 3 – 20” box + 45# plate

    WOD Rx:
    13:23

    DU: round 1 hit my pony tail and tripped twice in the first 30ish then did the rest in one set
    round 2: unbroken
    HRPU: 20-15-10-10-5 / 10 and then 5s ..ouchhh
    Lunges: unbroken and tried to go fast
    K2E: steady with touching floor between reps to stop from swinging. Better than expected.

    Completed all rounds in time stamp except 2nd round of Push Ups, made it to 55. Completed the last 5 Push ups after my K2E were done
    Tough one! Push ups were brutal

    Just got the push-ups done at the time cap on the second round. Doing sets of 5, then 2’s
    Knees to as high as I could – around shoulder level

    17:13 rx push ups seemed harder than normal -doubles sucked-knees to elbows were tough….i loved the lunges though!
    Doubles – stay relaxed, hands down to your side.
