  10. Although todays wod looked super fun.. Janet and I had other plans…
    Our ‘plan’ was to ruck 4 miles from 6-7 then do a ruck wod at 7… We ended up navigating a LOT of ice for longer than planned, and had to come up with a shorter workout..

    With a bear crawl across the back of the gym between movements..
    Then i did 50 cals on Assault bike, followed by Samson stretch, holding each for one minute..
