    For some reason couldn’t get out of my head tonight. Had a headache when I got to the gym and I forgot my belt… I did my last two sets with the same weight and only did 1 rep

    Decided to go a bit lighter as I haven’t done these in a couple of months. Did my first set and that felt heavy so kept it at that for the next set too.

    Only completed 38 burpees before we had to move on to wall balls. This WOD kicked my butt.
