    The bear crawls felt way better than I had anticipated…I’m VERY glad I brought gloves though.

    That was EXHAUSTING! First 2 rounds were bearable….sort of ????, last 4 were really rough, but managed to get all my reps in each round, but the rest was continuously shorter for each.
