Ron has offered to open the gym tomorrow from 10:30am-12pm. It’s Open Gym style – no need to register and you don’t need OG on your membership to attend.

    Will be doing this alot to bring down the time

    Then try to PR DU’s under fatigue

    Matched PR of 12 .

    5 Rounds:
    20 Burpees
    2 – 25′ OH DB Walking Lunges with 20# (Right)
    10 DB Push Presses 20# (Right)
    2 – 25′ OH DB Walking Lunges with 20# (Left)
    10 DB Push Pressed 20# (Left)

    Time: 27:36
    Considered doing this with 25#….happy that I did not. 20# was plenty. Great shoulder burn. Burpees were slow from round 2 forward.

    T-spine + LAT MOB

    Tried OHS with 45# bar but couldn’tsquat

    Hang Squat Clean Practice
    65-165# going up 10# each try
    *failed on 155# so did 10 Burpees over bar
    1st attempt at 165# was a fail but didn’t do burpees

    Deadlift @ 315×5 and 1 rep @ 365#
