U.S. Army Specialist Scott Morrison, 23, of Blue Ash, Ohio, assigned to 584th Mobility Augmentation Company, 20th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade, based out of Fort Hood, Texas, died on September 26, 2010, from injuries suffered on September 25 when insurgents in Kandahar, Afghanistan attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his father Donald, mother Susan, brother Gary, and sister Katie.

  2. OG with Miss Janet.. although we were planning a bear crawl adventure, I woke up with very very tight calves.. Sooo we walked the mile and did a small wod..
    5 rounds (40# ruck)
    5 Thrusters
    5 OH Lunges
    5 Push ups
    Bear Crawl
    I died a little..

    Miss Lynne was my partner today.. I wasn’t sure if I had the energy to do the class but we kept each other moving! We split the reps for Wall balls and Box jumps alternating one at a time.. Kettlebell swings we did sets of 5.. It was just what I needed today!
    Thank coach Ron for the hints and tips and telling me what I was doing right!
    Great energy in the gym today!
