  1. QOD: rearrange things on shelves in opposite order. This will cause my victims think that something is not quite right, but it will take them a long time to figure it out.

  2. QOD : insert my self into one of the family photos ,a very small one that you wouldn’t notice at first but eventually bam.. me

    Pacing made a HUGE difference on this one. Took a brief pause at the top of each rep to breathe, and stuck more or less with my rough rep plan.
    Snatches – 10’s
    Clean and jerks – 6’s
    Thrusters – 10, 8, 6, 6

    30 snatches in 2:41, 22 C&J (hand ripped on my 6th rep and they got slow), and 25 thrusters at the 9 min cap. Am gonna try this one again soon to finish in the time cap 😋
