    I didn’t really keep track of the loads (last pull was 155?) but most of the pulls were 8sec

    I have no clue what the weight was but I did the sled with the white rope several times. I am going to guess 3 – 5 times.
    Gotta say… these were amazing and loved them. WAY WAY WAY better than sled pushes. Just sayin.

    Did several double unders with the mixture of singles (Thanks to Blake for all my calculations!!!)
    Also strung together 10 Double Unders in a row… which is a huge PR for me.

    Loved this workout… can’t wait to do it again when my double unders are even better!!

    Thanks so much Blake, you really gave me the push I needed… I would have done singles otherwise!

    Sled Drags to …whatever Del, Anthony and Moody did minus a 25# plate.
    Friggin heavy whatever it was.
