-Registration will be 7:30-8:30 tomorrow morning (early registration tonight 5-6pm).
-Hopper wod and strength will be drawn at 8:30. Judges meeting immediately following.
-First Heat starts at 9am.

    Knee was hurting on the lunges.
    DL – UB
    Bar hops got tough
    Burpees quick

    2RM HSC – 190-225-235 (total – 460)

    Repeat WOD – 224 (a 1 rep PR)
    PC – UB
    DU – some UB, other rounds were a mess
    S2OH – UB
    BJO – 6+5+4 (lateral for most)
    G2OH – 4-5 C&J, 4-5 snatches, 1 C&J, then right into the next set of PCs

    Happy with my 5th place finish, even with my stuffed nose.

    Could have gone a little faster

    Strength: 2rm hang squat clean
    185/205/225/245/255f rushed it, could have gone heavier but I underestimated myself..

    216 reps almost 3 rounds
    This one got tough and made me feel a little pukey, need a better strategy

    135-185-195f-185f-165 started too light then should have redid 185 – oh well sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t 🙂

    Scaled to 55# and singles. Still did box jumps at 20″. Score: 117

    My transitions felt slow and I feel I should have been able to finish the 3rd round..
    I enjoyed this one!

    85 – 105(f) – 105 – 110(f) I should have done 105 twice for a better score.. duh

    This wod was mentally challenging for me as I struggle with barbell movements.. I am glad I did It..

    Total: 190 + 205 = 395
    (2015: 180 + 180 = 360)

    AMRAP in remaining time:
    — 10 Power Cleans @ 95#
    — 30 Double Unders
    — 10 S2OH
    — 15 Box Jump Overs
    — 10 G2OH (power snatches)
    Total: 157 (PR 10 reps)

    So overall PR’d on both components and finished in top 5 so pretty satisfied!

    215 reps
    Definitely not my kind of WOD, but happy with my result!

    Strength: 2rm hang squat clean
    125-135-145-155-155
    155 + 155 = 310
    Supper happy with my number as 155 was my 1 rep max, and I got 4 of them within a minute 🙂

    2015 Hopper WOD
    161 reps
    Considering my doubles are not good at all, happy with my result as I got 32 reps PR from 2015!

    My goal was to be in the top 20th so happy with my 12th place finish.

    177 on this, was not ready for the 9am start, winded way to fast…over bar is not my thing lol.
    Then 5 min to establish
    2RM Hang Squat Clean
    270 total, learned not to jump too big too fast, went up 20 after first 135…and did not feel it twice…

    Hopper 2015 Repeat
    Row 500m
    AMRAP in remaining time:
    — 10 Power Cleans @ 95#
    — 30 Double Unders
    — 10 S2OH
    — 15 Box Jump Overs
    — 10 G2OH (power snatches)
    Total: 82 not great but considering I only have single doubles it was not bad. Goal was to keep up with Marcel 🙂

  10. WOD in 7 Minutes: 203 Reps (2 Rounds + 23 reps)
    2 RM Hang Power Clean: 100 + 105

    Started my strength at 85, then 95, 100, 105. Should have started at 95.

    The Repeat Wod: 133 Reps
