    Felt pretty gross for about 30 mins after the race LOL. Thanks Kevin

    Started with 15-12… quickly dropped to 12-10… gasser WOD!
    Next time push a bit with a couple extra reps like… 14-12 that I could maintain

    Started strong, but ended up at 10 & 10.

    Did 1 sled push with an empty sled and 1 with a 25# plate…just a little cherry on the WTF sundae.
    Good workout!

    felt horrible after sled pushes – I don’t think I’ll ever do sled pushes again lol. not worth the pain!
