Triples!? I know, crazy right? But some people think doubles are crazy. We also have people that can bang out 100 double unbroken, but can’t do a single triple. Time to up your game. Move on to the next step. Learn a more advanced skill. You wouldn’t get a 200# deadlift and then stop. You want more. Triples are the more.
