    Deadlifts x 5
    50%-65%-75%-85% (max of 12)
    145-195-225-255 (got 5 reps. Had more juice in my legs but wrist is still sore so didn’t want to push it too hard)

    Good mornings: 3 sets of 10, building
    55#-75#-85#

    Barbell rows: 3 sets of 10, building
    85# (stayed with 85 and tried to focus on using my lats)

    Russian KBS: 3 sets of 12, building (heavy but should be unbroken)
    35#-45#-53#

    Then 20-15-10-5:
    Ab mat sit ups
    Supermans

    150-195-225-255 (got 3 reps – haven’t lifted a heavy deadlift since before I broke my ribs so I was happy with this)
