    Built up to 115 which was is my current PR. Nailed 115 but couldn’t hit 125 or 120. Gotta get someone else to load the bar for me haha

  5. Haven’t been able to get in, so did a CF Linchpin WOD at home …
    5 Rounds for time
    50 Double Unders
    10 Power Snatch at 65#
    10 pull-ups (banded)

    Time was 25:05 (forever),haha… Doubles in chunks of 15 and didn’t count the singles + tried the banded pull-ups as oppose to ring rows. Slow go …

    Will do this one again for sure 🙂
