You know what’s better than flowers and chocolate? Burpees and thrusters. That’s right. For a limited time, come on down to CrossFit Moncton and get your fair share of functional fitness. Who knows, you might end up with some rosy cheeks.

*Note – there is no 7pm class tonight as we’re hosting a special event.

    *Struggled to get weight over head sometimes / Fail rate was high. Need to continue with crossover symmetry and strengthening exercises.

    I had 6 thrusters left to do at time.. That was a definite challenge for me!! I was a bit disappointed I didn’t finish!
    I kept myself moving on the burpees.. Although I did all the thrusters unbroken, (but slow and steady), I did find myself pausing to question life a few times before I picked up the bar!
