    6 kippinf pull ups (did almost all of them as chest to bar)
    6 hand release push-ups (all unbroken)
    9 wall balls (14#)

    Total = 218 reps

    First time doing kipping pull ups for a whole WOD
    Did then in sets of 2, did all the push-ups unbroken, did the wall balls unbroken for the first 8 rounds then did them in sets of 5 and 4. Got pretty bad rips on my hands after 8th set so I had to slow down!

  16. Today I tackled the Mayhem wods with Anthony..
    My second run through wod 1 and 8 managed 16 burpees.. I did the first round with 55# and the second round with 65# .. I am feeling more confident about this workout.. Thanks for the pep talk Matt!
    I got up to 95# for the clean and Jerk ladder. .
    For wod 3 I managed 2 rounds plus 3 reps.. I am staying consistent anyway. . I am still working on the KB snatches, but they’re not so intimidating anymore..
