The Open is coming up. And there’s no better time to get your nutrition dialled in. Coach Amanda is spearheading this 10-week edition of the Lifestyle Improvement Event. There will be an info meeting for all participants THIS Thursday at 7pm at the gym. The challenge will start on Monday. *Only 20 spaces available.

Got the wall ball in the face in the first amrap, which made my neck crack so bad I had a mini panick/meltdown, then my shoe lace became undone and created a knot in part 2, so by part 3 I was just really discouraged and was just trying to keep myself together. Ah well.
