    Run 4k
    200 Burpees

    broke it up 20 rds:
    10 burpees
    run 200m.

    Think i was at 23:00 half way through,

    Last 2 round, did 20 burpees and ran 400m.

    Time: 48:39 RX.

    Really felt like calling it quick half way through as it sucked and everything was hurting.
    But given what the soldiers went through they had no way of saying they quit!! so pushed through it!

    Glad I got it done!

    1:19 PR from 2013

    First time! 🙂

    Breakdown:
    100 burpees
    then, 4x 400m + 10 burpees
    then, 9x 200m + 5 burpees
    then, 15 burpees

    Figure I can finish this once I get back into decent running. Back wasnt liking the runs, seems like a case of tight psoas again… I can suck it up and do bigger burpee sets next time, that should save me some time.

    I think I was already mentally checked out when I came in. Oh well.

    Started with 10 rounds 10 burpees + 200 m run
    Then did 5 rounds 20 burpees + 400 m run

    Next time bigger chunks of burpees & run.

    11/10/2015 Scaled to half with time of 34 mins
    4/17/2016 Scaled to half with time of 26:30 (7:30 PR)

    Today RX Broken down as follows:

    20 Burpees + 800m Run
    60 Burpees + 800m Run X2
    60 Burpees + 800m Run stopping to do 40 Burpees in freshly paved parking lot by what used to be Allsco
    800M run stopping to do final 20 Burepes in the same parking alot

    Time of 49:04

    Doing the burpees outside felt much better than doing them in the gym with the temperature change. Running through the doors was like getting slapped in the face by heat.

    Great job 6pm. Way to tackle this beast for the first time for a lot of you 🙂

  15. A couple of days later, but really wanted to get this WOD in:

    Broke it up with 10 rounds of a 200 m run to the 400 M turnaround, 10 burpees, 200 m run back to gym, 10 burpees
    Time = 44:34.
    PR of 20 seconds over last year.
